All treatments come with a complimentary brow shaping with hair removal to make sure your brows are perfect when you’re walking out of the Geobrow clinic. Lash Lifts can also be booked as a separate treatment to any brow service.

We're so happy...

that you’re considering Geobrow
However it is very important and for your own benefit to take the time to read the below terms of service before booking.

Terms of service

Geobrow’s range of treatments may include patch tests for your peace of mind and top-up appointments to ensure you get the very best results. By booking, you are explicitly agreeing that you have read and understood the terms of service.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for Semi-Permanent Makeup, Henna Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts and any treatment with tint. Please ensure you book your patch test 24 Hours in advance of any relevant treatment. If it has been over 6 months since your last treatment or patch test, a new patch test will need to be carried out before your appointment. Patch tests exist to ensure the suitability of your skin for specific treatments. It also guarantees your safety in that you discover whether you will experience adverse reactions from pigments etc. There is a strict ‘no patch test, no treatment’ policy at Geobrow and failure to book a patch test where required will result in booking fee/deposit forfeit.

Cancellations / Missed Appointments
Booking fees/deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee/deposit is transferable if more than 48 hours notice is given to reschedule. We are unable to reschedule bookings within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment, or do not show to your appointment, the full appointment cost is due and will be charged to your card on file. If you attend your appointment and we deem that it is unsuitable for us to perform the treatment due to not reading or understanding the booking terms and conditions, including our patch test policy, we reserve the right to charge you the total cost for the appointment. If you wish to re-book your cancelled appointment after being charged the total cost, you will only be charged 50% of the new appointment cost. You will need to re-book online & pay a new deposit.

Corrections & Previous Semi-Permanent Makeup
Those with previous semi-permanent makeup (e.g. Microblading) must send pictures of their eyebrows to assess if we can improve and work over the previous semi-permanent makeup. Semi-permanent makeup carried out elsewhere cannot always be covered up. By not informing us about previous semi-permanent makeup, you will lose your booking fee and be charged the total appointment cost if you arrive for your appointment and it is deemed that we can’t carry out the treatment.

Semi-Permanent is Not Suitable For Everyone
You may be better suited for other brow treatments such as Henna Brows or Brow Lamination if any of the following apply:
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are currently taking any blood-thinning medication
  • You have been prescribed Roaccutane/Accutane in the past 12 months (please get in touch with Geobrow to discuss)
  • You suffer from Keloid Scarring
  • You have had Chemotherapy within the last six months
  • You are going abroad (sunny/warm destination) within the next 14 days
  • You have had injectable treatments (botox/fillers) in the area within the last 14 days.
Semi-Permanent Makeup Top-Up Appointments
All clients must understand that all semi permanent brow treatments are a two-part process that requires a touch-up appointment 6-12 weeks after the initial session, and the treatment will not be deemed complete without it. The top-up appointment is included within the initial price for semi permanent brow makeup treatments. The top-up appointment is necessary due to the skin’s natural healing process. It is common for the pigment to heal lighter than desired, combined with the consideration that some hair strokes/shading fade or become patchy. Whilst we always try to remind clients, it is your responsibility to book your top-up appointment within the 6-12 week timeframe. If you do not book the top-up appointment after 12 weeks of your initial treatment, you will be charged for the 6-11 month Colour Boost Treatment due to the extra time and pigment needed. If you cancel your top-up with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show to your appointment, there will be a charge of £50. To rebook the top-up appointment a further £50 will be due.

Whilst we always try our best we are not immune from any website update delays, nor mistakes and in light of this matter, we are under no obligation to honour any pricing of which is the result of delay, error or omission. We will however always strive to do right by our clients but this will be at the discretion of the business owner.
